Allison Baird-James

Allison Baird-James is the Interim Vice Chancellor & CFO at UCLA. Allison has previously worked as the acting controller at Stanford University, a senior project accountant at California Pacific Medical Center, and a reimbursement specialist/cost accountant at Summit Medical Center. Allison has also worked as a senior internal auditor at Catholic Healthcare West and Daughters of Charity Health System. In their most recent role as audit manager at Matson & Isom Accountancy Corporation, they were responsible for the internal audit programs for O'Connor Hospital and St. Lois Hospital.

Allison Baird-James earned a BS in Accounting from California State University, Chico, and then went on to complete an Executive Program in Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Allison Baird-James reports to Gene Block, Chancellor. They are on a team with Anna Spain Bradley - Vice Chancellor, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Abel Valenzuela Jr. - Interim Dean, Division of Social Sciences, and John Mazziotta - Vice Chancellor, Health Sciences.
