Claudia Oliveira

Claudia Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and growth strategy within the public art and business sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Growth and Development at NOW Art, the largest public art agency in Los Angeles, Claudia focuses on strategic partnerships and resource acquisition. Claudia also produces Luminex 3.0, the largest free public art installation in Los Angeles, and holds positions as Chief Executive Officer of the DTLA Chamber of Commerce and President of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council. Additionally, Claudia is a member of the Los Angeles Community Engagement Council at UCLA, and the founder of ROHE Agency, which aids small businesses in navigating the permit process. Recent experience includes a role as Digital Equity Los Angeles Coordinator with the Institute for Local Self-Reliance. Educational credentials include studies at Bethany Lutheran College and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
