Dr. Anne Dela Cruz serves as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll Operations Center at the University of California, Los Angeles since November 2019, where responsibilities include strategic planning and process improvement initiatives for UCLA Campus Human Resources. Additionally, Dr. Dela Cruz has held various leadership roles at UCLA, including Executive Director of Student Affairs and Assistant Dean of Diversity, Inclusion and Graduate Admissions, while also contributing to the development of diversity and inclusion efforts at the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. As an active speaker and guest lecturer, Dr. Dela Cruz engages with numerous educational institutions on topics such as change management, project management, and diversity in higher education. Dr. Dela Cruz holds multiple degrees, including an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from UCLA and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University.
