Gabriel Shamoun

Gabriel Shamoun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and Senior Project Manager at UCLA since October 2016. Gabriel has successfully led the implementation of significant projects, including a $200M Oracle Financials ERP initiative and an $38M Canvas LMS implementation, demonstrating expertise in budget management, vendor relations, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to UCLA, Gabriel worked as a Project Manager Consultant at Robert Half Technology, where oversight of 50 corporate accounts was a highlight, and in various roles within advertising, marketing, and political organizations. Gabriel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
