Gerald R.

Gerald R. possesses extensive experience in fitness and athletic training, currently serving as a FITWELL Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of California, Los Angeles since 2022. As an accomplished athlete and competitor with the Strongman Corporation and the United States Powerlifting Association, Gerald R. also holds the title of CEO and Founder of IRONFLEX. Since 2018, involvement with various organizations includes volunteering with Angel City Sports and serving as a HIIT Instructor at UFC GYM until 2022. Educational credentials include certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition, as well as an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Antelope Valley College. Gerald R. continues to advance knowledge in Fire Technology, while also contributing as a Sports Coordinator at Westlake Academy Athletic Club until 2020.
