Napoleon Silva

Napoleon Silva has a diverse work experience. Napoleon began their career at TELUS International Central America in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. From September 2015 to March 2017, they served in this role. Napoleon then transitioned to the position of Sales Development Representative from March 2017 to February 2019. Subsequently, they took on the role of Operations Team Lead from February 2019 to February 2022.

In 2022, Napoleon joined uCloudStore as a Google Cloud Platform Specialist from March 2022 to September 2022. Napoleon then moved on to become a Google Cloud Partnership Manager at the same company from September 2022 to the present.

Napoleon Silva has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the ESI School of Management. Napoleon also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same institution. Additionally, Napoleon has obtained a certification as a Cloud Digital Leader from Google Cloud in October 2022.
