Rachel Surtees is a seasoned senior leader in the NHS, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Implementation at UCLPartners since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held key positions including Group Director of Corporate Development and Acting Director of Corporate Affairs at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, and Associate Director of Strategy, Delivery and Communications at Haringey Council. With extensive experience spanning over a decade at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, Rachel has developed a specialist knowledge of mental health services in the UK and excels in building cross-sector partnerships, business development, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London and participation in the NHS Leadership Academy's Nye Bevan Programme for Executive Leadership in Healthcare.
