Cesar Delapaz

Cesar Delapaz is an experienced chef with a robust background in the hospitality industry, showcasing skills in catering, food cost analysis, and kitchen management. They held various roles, including Operations Chef at Stone Mountain Park and Event Chef at the Georgia Governor's Mansion, where they developed menus and implemented cost-reducing operational plans. Previously, Cesar began their career as a Chemical Operations Specialist in the U.S. Army, where they trained and mentored peers. Currently, they serve as Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurants, following their most recent position as Traveling Director at Morrison Healthcare.
