Cameron Mansanarez has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant to the Director at Monte Vista Carnegie Public Library, where they acted as the right-hand to the Library Director for fundraising and community engagement events, oversaw marketing of fundraising events, and assisted with internal and external audits. In 2007, they worked as a Student Ambassador for Alumni Relations and Development at Colorado College, where they facilitated student-alumni initiatives, doubled giving participation for grant matching contributions, and optimized donor support and relationship management. In 2010, they worked as a Communications Associate for Community Engagement at Biennial of the Americas, where they assisted the Communications Director with in-press, press release, volunteer acquisition, and event planning, collaborated with local media and cultural institutions, and developed graphic and web marketing materials. In 2011, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Account Executive at EF Education First, where they managed an inside sales team, interviewed and mentored, achieved 150% YOY revenue growth in their first year of sales, and was a three-time President's Club member for sales growth and excellent customer satisfaction reviews. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Customer Success Manager at jobZology\u00ae, where they facilitated sales demonstrations and client onboarding and training, managed Salesforce for sales development, KPI tracking, and sales reporting, and hired, mentored, and trained sales and marketing staff and interns. In 2019, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Experience America, where they managed sales, marketing, and community development, partnered and collaborated with regional and district administration and educators, and attended trade shows/conferences to present and promote experiential learning travel programs. Finally, in 2020 and 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Revolution Prep and uConnect, respectively. At Revolution Prep, they built and maintained strong relationships with customers, led and performed strategy calls, and managed an existing portfolio of business. At uConnect, they are on a mission to help more students realize their full potential by improving access and engagement with high-impact career resources, networks and opportunities.

Cameron Mansanarez attended Colorado College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies. Cameron then went on to obtain a Graphic Software and Applications Certificate from Aims Community College in 2019. In July 2020, they also completed the Colorado Career Conversations Training at The Colorado Education Initiative.
