Director, Channel Partners And Strategic Alliances, EMEA at Cypher Learning

Amy McCoy has extensive experience in various roles and companies. Amy is currently the Head of Channel Partners and Strategic Alliances for EMEA at Cypher Learning since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coursera as the Head of Channel Sales for EMEA from January 2021 to February 2023. During their time at Coursera, they built the channel sales from scratch in the EMEA region and delivered 10% of EMEA's total revenue in the first year. Amy also served as the Global Channel Alliances Leader for EMEA from June 2019 to December 2020, where they delivered $6M in revenue and partnered with IBM and Google Cloud to sell Coursera to their end customers.

Amy also served as the Head of Commercial Partnerships for the UK, where they achieved a 37% increase in the first year forecast and secured key partners like eBay and Etsy. Additionally, they served as the Head of Retail, Resellers & Strategic Partnerships for Europe, where they turned around a declining channel and delivered significant revenue growth.

Amy's earlier experience includes roles at The Clorox Company as Senior Consumer Insights Manager and at Procter & Gamble in various market research and consulting positions. Amy also worked at Carson Pirie Scott & Co as an Assistant Buyer for Ladies Accessories.

Amy McCoy received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Retail Management & Merchandising (now Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies) with a minor in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Amy attended the university from 1992 to 1995. Prior to attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, they briefly studied at Marquette University from 1991 to 1992, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) from Coursera in September 2020 and a Six Sigma, Green Belt certification in July 2003. The institution that conferred the Six Sigma certification is not specified.
