Wayne Ragusa

Wayne Ragusa is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system engineering, project management, and network administration. Currently serving as the Management Information System Supervisor at UCP of Suffolk since March 2020, Wayne has previously held roles at Vehicle Tracking Solutions as a System Engineer, and at Flexible Systems as a Project Engineer. Wayne has demonstrated expertise in managing ERP systems, training staff, creating reports with Crystal Reports, and providing help desk support. Additional experience includes working at Seviroli Foods as a Network Administrator, where responsibilities involved configuring backup systems and managing user training for new software implementations, as well as IT Technician responsibilities at Judlau Contracting, Inc., where skills in configuring systems and managing security were utilized.
