Cecile Delestre

Cecile Delestre is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines du Groupe UCPA since May 2023, while also being the Founder and Leader of Angel Impact Society since October 2021, focusing on management consulting and organizational transformation within the social economy sector. Prior to these roles, Cecile Delestre was the DRH at Association Energie Jeunes from October 2020 to April 2023 and held various leadership positions at Nestlé from July 1996 to March 2020, including Head of Integrated Talent Management for Europe and Talent Acquisition Director. Academic achievements include an Executive Master in Human Resources from Sciences Po, a Master's degree in Management in Food Industry from ESSEC Business School, and a Master's degree in Engineering in Agri & Food Industry from Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs et de Techniciens pour l'Agriculture.
