Murielle Chastang

Murielle CHASTANG has extensive experience in human resources and social relations, currently serving as the Responsable Pôle Gestion Sociale et Relations Sociales at UCPA since September 2015. Responsibilities include managing social relations, defining strategy and conducting negotiations, overseeing communication and implementation of agreements across 289 sites, and advising on social development within the organization, which employs 12,500 individuals. Previous roles include DRH for the Île-de-France region at MEDIAPOST, Responsable des Relations Sociales at GDF SUEZ, and Directrice des Ressources Humaines at ALJT, among others. Murielle holds a Master 2 in Negotiation and Social Relations from Université Paris Dauphine and has degrees in social sciences and business administration from prestigious French universities.
