Chandni Yadav

Chandni Yadav has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Chandni began their career at Spectraforce Technologies, where they worked as a Team Lead from August 2012 to April 2016. In this role, they efficiently sourced candidates through various methods and interviewed individuals with expertise in different industries.

Following this, Chandni joined WWICS as an Assistant Manager HR in May 2016 and worked there until June 2019. At WWICS, they were primarily involved in global hiring and recruitment for both India and global offices.

Currently, Chandni is the Founder and Lightning at an IT company since June 2019. In their role as Head of HR India and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, they handle cross-functional responsibilities in the HR and Talent Acquisition departments. Chandni's company is a venture builder that works with non-technical founders to start tech companies, launch new products, and disrupt industries.

Chandni Yadav completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from IET Bhaddal Ropar, Punjab from 2008 to 2012. Chandni then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Punjabi University from 2013 to 2015.
