Ezequiel Esnaola

Ezequiel Esnaola has worked in a variety of roles in the agriculture and food production industries since 1990. Ezequiel began their career at J.A. Esnaola e Hijos, a CPG food processing company, where they held the role of stockholder and was responsible for product development and new distribution channels. In 1997, they joined Monsanto Company as a Financial Planner and Credit Analyst. Ezequiel then held the role of Supply Chain Controller for South America, Supply Chain Finance Head for Latin America South, Supply Chain Design Head for South America, Commercial Finance Head for Latin America South, and South America Procurement Operations Head. In 2018, they joined Bayer Crop Science as Business Innovation Head for South America and in 2020 they became Business Development Head at SILOHUB. Most recently, in 2022 they joined ucrop.it as Chief Financial Officer.

Ezequiel Esnaola has been pursuing a variety of educational opportunities throughout their career. Ezequiel is currently a Learner at SingularityU Benelux, studying the Exponential Foundation Series. In 2019, they began a Digital Marketing course at Digital House. In 2018, they began a Fintech & Digital Banking course at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Ezequiel has also completed a Leading Leads course at Fundação Dom Cabral, a Master of Business Administration at ESEADE, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
