Eric Parsons

Eric Parsons is an experienced photographer and owner of Eric Parsons Photography since May 1989, while also serving as a Photographer V at UCS since August 2020. Eric's diverse portfolio includes mobile DJ services and event planning as the owner of Loud DJs since January 2007. Additionally, Eric has contributed as a contract photojournalist for the Los Angeles Times since November 2008, handling photo editing, proofreading, and web gallery development. As a freelance writer for J.D. Power since March 2012, and having worked as a marketing copywriter for Musician's Friend and Guitar Center between January 2017 and August 2020, Eric has a background in both creative and business sectors. Eric also has teaching experience as an adjunct faculty instructor at Santa Barbara City College and the Brooks Institute of Photography. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Photojournalism from Western Kentucky University.
