Mary E.

Mary E. has extensive experience in managing health services and health IT solutions contracts, primarily within the Department of Defense. As a Director of Programs at UCS, Mary has successfully doubled the size of the Health Services portfolio. Prior to this role, Mary managed a Navy Medicine Healthcare Business & Medical Readiness contract and served as a lead Business Analyst for the Navy Medicine Wounded Ill and Injured Program. Mary E. also has experience as a Special Investigator at USIS, conducting security clearance background investigations for US government positions. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
