Michelle Andrews

Michelle Andrews, ACSW, currently serves as a Medical Social Worker at On Lok since September 2023 and as a Behavioral Health Patient Navigator at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals since July 2023. With extensive experience in medical social work and patient navigation, Michelle has worked at Genentech, Contra Costa Medical Services, and Children and Family Services, among others. Michelle's expertise includes conducting psychosocial assessments, developing care plans, and facilitating the care journey for patients with multiple sclerosis. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Holy Names University.
