Dawn Colwell

Dawn Colwell has over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions. Dawn is currently the Vice President of Patient Access Services at UCSF Health, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Dawn worked at Cleveland Clinic from 2014 to 2023 as the Senior Director of Access to Care, where they managed a budget of $40 million and a team of 600 employees. Dawn also held positions at The Home Depot, AmeriGas Propane, Gap Inc., McKesson Pharma, Verizon Wireless, and Progressive Insurance, where they gained extensive experience in contact center management, customer service, and sales.

Dawn Colwell's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Dawn also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 1998 and 2001.
