Diana Vaughn

Diana Vaughn is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient care access and operational process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Health System Patient Care Access at UCSF Medical Center, Diana is responsible for enhancing patient access to specialty care services and managing analytics, programs, and personnel. Previously, Diana held positions as Engagement Manager at The Chartis Group and Manager at Accenture Strategy, where strategic leadership and project execution were key responsibilities. Diana's earlier experiences include a Director role at the American Heart Association, focusing on business development and program transformation, as well as consulting roles during MBA studies at The Tuck School of Business and the UW Foster School of Business. Diana holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
