Erica Evans

Erica (Sanders) Evans is a dedicated pediatric resident at UCSF Medical Center, where professional experience began in June 2018 following a previous role as a research assistant in the same institution during the summer of 2015. Erica's research background includes a significant summer project focused on genetic predisposition to pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia, involving PCR and Sanger sequencing techniques. Prior to this, Erica served as the lead clinical research associate at Neurotrack Technologies, designing a large-scale prospective study on Alzheimer’s Disease. Additional experience includes coordinating studies at Flow Pharma, Inc. examining immune responses to viruses, and managing clinical trials related to adolescent bipolar disorder at the Stanford Pediatric Bipolar Disorders Program. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
