Jessica Driessler

Jessica Driessler, MBA, RACR, currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at UCSF Medical Center, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at UCSF from August 2012 to January 2020, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team of fifteen and successfully recruiting over 2,600 professional employees across multiple schools. Additional recruitment experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at UCSF Health from March 2007 to July 2012, focused on developing talent sourcing strategies for various healthcare positions. Earlier career roles included Operations Manager at Teknion LLC, Project Manager at Higgins Purchasing Group, and Sales Coordinator at Maharam Textiles. Jessica holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a BS with a minor in Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno, and additional education from San Francisco State University.
