Hindole Dutta

Hindole Dutta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hindole started their career as an Intern at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 2011. Hindole then worked as a Research Intern at the National University of Singapore in 2012 and at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2013.

In 2014, Hindole joined Flipkart as a Graduate Trainee, where they handled inventory and seller growth for Flipkart Advantage and drove the growth of differentiated FMCG brands. Hindole then became an Assistant Manager, leading ads revenue planning and demand planning, setting up a seller-agency ecosystem, managing digital marketing partners, and streamlining demand planning processes.

From 2016 to 2018, Hindole worked at Myntra as a Manager, where they managed network planning, performance, and cost optimization. Hindole was instrumental in reducing RTO% and improving logistics operations.

In 2018, Hindole joined LoadShare Networks Pvt Ltd as a Manager, where they led market entry planning and execution in the B2C segment. Hindole collaborated with a team to streamline performance metrics and operational controls, resulting in significant business growth.

Currently, Hindole is working at udaan.com since 2019. Hindole has held multiple roles, including Corporate Finance - Product Lead, Corporate Finance - Process Excellence - Associate Director, Pharma - Head of Supply Chain Planning & Analytics, Program Lead - Customer Experience, and Program Lead - Marketplace Operations.

Throughout their career, Hindole has demonstrated strong skills in finance, analytics, supply chain planning, and process excellence. Hindole has consistently driven growth and optimized operations in various organizations.

Hindole Dutta earned their Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education at Delhi Public School - Dhanbad from 2007 to 2009. Hindole also attended De Nobili School, CMRI, Dhanbad, from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained an ICSE certification for their High School education.
