Arun Subramani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Convenor for Udayan Care in Bangalore since March 2018, Arun leads initiatives focused on women's education, actively supporting 400 girls as of March 2024. Prior to this, Arun held the position of Managing Director and Digital Solutions Lead at Accenture from January 2007 to June 2019, where leadership was provided to the Digital Solutions team within Accenture’s Global Delivery Network. At SAP America from September 2001 to November 2006, Arun worked as Managing Principal, managing large-scale, multi-geography projects to enhance the success of SAP solutions. Arun holds a Master of Computer Applications from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.

Udayan Care is a humanitarian, development and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, families and their communities across the country working in 36 cities and 15 states of India. We nurture children who lack the protection of their primary caregivers through the Udayan Ghar Program. With access to mentoring support, parental guidance, nutritious food, education, extracurricular activities, clothing, physical & mental health care, our children develop into self-reliant, socially abiding and responsible citizens. We sponsor higher education of young women with the Udayan Shalini Fellowship Program.
