Iain Gallie is an executive with extensive experience in operational risk and compliance management, currently serving as the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance at UDC Finance Limited since October 2019. In this role, Iain leads efforts to identify, assess, and monitor risks, while ensuring robust control environments are maintained. Previous experience includes various leadership positions at ASB Bank from February 1998 to October 2019, where Iain held roles such as Head of Monitoring and Review, Head of Regulation and Policy Management, and Fraud Strategy and Prevention Manager. Iain has a proven track record in developing risk management frameworks, delivering key compliance reports, managing fraud prevention strategies, and providing high-level assurance to governance forums.
