Pleun Schepens

Pleun Schepens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product ownership, key account management, and customer success. Currently serving as a Product Owner and previously as a Key Account Manager and Sales Support at Udea BV since February 2019, Pleun has demonstrated strong leadership and customer engagement skills. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at Coosto and several positions at Sligro Food Group, culminating in the role of Team Leader for Customer Service and Webcare. Early career experiences include internships at Stichting Marathon Eindhoven and Johan Cruyff Foundation, where Pleun contributed to research and event organization. Pleun holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Sport & Marketing/Management from Fontys Economische Hogeschool Tilburg and a minor in Applied Psychology from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
