Kerem Daldal

Kerem Daldal is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Org Success Portfolio at Udemy since October 2021, Kerem has built a team of five Senior and Staff Engineers responsible for developing Sequenced Learning solutions and enhancing the Course Taking experience. Prior to Udemy, Kerem managed engineering teams at Turkcell Technology Research and Development, overseeing up to 32 engineers on CRM applications for a large subscriber base, and at Netas, where responsibilities included managing teams for VoIP and multimedia applications. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Design Engineer at Telenity, focusing on Java-based solutions for value-added services. Kerem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
