Meredith Wikstrom

Meredith Wikstrom, MA, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Design Consultant at UDig and as a CX Society Board Member for the Technology Association of Georgia, contributing to the advancement of customer experience strategies within the tech community. With extensive experience as a Senior Experience Design Consultant at CGI, Meredith led a cross-functional team to validate significant software purchases and enhance user experience for a global market research platform. Previous roles include positions at Motionworks AI Inc., Betta Innovations, General Assembly, the American College of Rheumatology, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, where Meredith demonstrated expertise in UX design, online education, and project management, ultimately streamlining processes and expanding access to educational resources. Educational background includes a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MA in General Psychology from the University of North Florida.
