Noe Garcia

Noe Garcia is a political coordinator at UDW / AFSCME Local 3930, with a robust background in civic engagement and policy advocacy. Previous positions include policy coordinator, civic engagement director, and civic engagement coordinator at the Dolores Huerta Foundation, as well as serving as a Bruin Ambassador at UCLA. Additional experience includes a legislative internship with U.S. Senator Alex Padilla and a canvassing manager role during the GET OUT the Vaccine initiative through Kern Community College District. Noe has also held roles within the UCLA Undergraduate Students Association Council and the California State Assembly. Notably, Noe received the 2019 Beautiful Bakersfield - Youth Division award for a human trafficking awareness project. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from UCLA.
