Alexander Dyukov

Executive Committee Member at UEFA

Alexander Dyukov was born in St Petersburg. In 1991, he graduated from Leningrad’s Shipbuilding Institute in the field of engineering and aerohydromechanics. In 2001, he received his MBA degree.

Since 2003, he has held various leading positions in the largest Russian oil and petrochemical companies, including Sibur and Gazprom Neft. Dyukov was a president of the Russian football club, Zenit St Petersburg, from 2008 to 2017, and also served as chairman of the club’s board of directors from 2008 to 2019.

He became a Football Union of Russia (FUR) Executive Committee member in 2014, and headed the development programmes committee, taking part in building a strategy for the development of Russian football until 2030. In February 2019, he was elected as the FUR president, and was re-elected for a new term in 2021. Alexander Dyukov was elected as a member of the UEFA Executive Committee in April 2021.
