Bruno Santos

Bruno Santos is currently working at UEFA as a Digital Operations Lead, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, from October 2021 to January 2022, they worked as a Modern Workplace Consultant. Before that, they had an extensive work experience at DPDgroup, starting in March 2013. At DPDgroup, they held various roles including Service Desk Manager from July 2018 to October 2021, Member of Culture and Care Management Community from January 2019 to September 2021, and System Administrator from March 2013 to July 2018. Bruno also worked at Telintrans as a CIL- IT Technician from September 2011 to March 2013. Before that, they worked at CMC Ambroise Paré / Pierre Cherest / Hartmann as a Junior System Administrator from March 2010 to July 2011, where their responsibilities included data analysis, web development, users and computer management, and IT support tasks.

Bruno Santos obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended the same university from 2001 to 2004, focusing on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, but did not receive a degree. In addition to their formal education, Bruno also obtained several certifications, including Lean IT Foundation from PeopleCert in September 2019, New Manager Course from INSTITUT DU MANAGEMENT GROUPE LA POSTE in November 2018, ITIL® Foundation in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in October 2018, BULATS - CEFR Level C2 from Cambridge Assessment English in April 2018, and Pedagogical Training for Trainers from IEFP in March 2008.
