Daniel Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Daniel started their career in 2007 as a Section Chief and Company Commander in the Swiss Army. In 2009, they transitioned to the corporate world and joined Invacare as an HR Assistant. Daniel then moved on to Givaudan in 2010, where they held various roles including Recruitment Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Officer, and ultimately HR Manager from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 onwards, Daniel worked at UEFA, initially as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, and then as a Care & People Development Manager. In their most recent position at UEFA, they led the Care & People Development team, supporting the health, wellbeing, and career development of employees while also providing HR support to designated divisions. Prior to that, they pursued an HR Specialist Federal Diploma from Human Resources Swiss Exams and an HR Management Specialist Diploma from Romandie Formation in 2011-2012, both focusing on International HR Management.
