Debby Ego has extensive work experience in the broadcasting and event management industry. Debby has worked in various roles at different companies, including Walk in the Park, UEFA, IBSF, NOS, OBS - Olympic Broadcasting Services, HBS, Chocolatemakers BV, Stichting Duniya, and Host Broadcast Services.

At UEFA, Debby worked as a Venue Operations and Broadcast Manager, where they implemented broadcast and sponsor partner obligations. Debby supported National Associations in organizing European Qualifiers and Nations League matches. Debby also managed host broadcaster operations at UEFA Europa League matches and facilitated unilateral broadcast productions.

Debby has also worked as a Senior Broadcast Liaison Officer and Chief Liaison Officer at OBS - Olympic Broadcasting Services, coordinating broadcast partners' services at EURO2020 and managing the needs of rights-holding broadcasters at venues during the Olympics.

Additionally, they have experience as a Producer/Floor Manager at IBSF, a Founder and board member at Stichting Duniya, and a Broadcast Services Manager at NOS. Debby has also served as a Broadcast Venue Manager at HBS and worked in press office roles at Chocolatemakers BV.
