Elsa Lavenir

Elsa Lavenir has a diverse work experience. Elsa started their career in 2013 as a Communication & Events Officer at the French Regional Olympic Committee (CROS) and later worked as a Landsports Instructor at Club Med in 2014. Elsa then interned as an Event Project Manager at Red Mullet, the official marketing agency of LEN European Aquatics in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Event/Marketing Project Coordinator at LEN European Aquatics. Additionally, they volunteered as a VIP Hostess at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games for the French Olympic Committee (CNOSF). Elsa has been associated with UEFA since 2017, initially as a Brand Production Assistant and currently as a Brand Production Coordinator. Elsa has contributed to various tasks such as coordinating the preparation of Champions League and Europa League draws, assisting in matches organization, and acting as the Venue Director at UEFA Youth Competitions. In 2021, they also worked as a Match Manager Assistant for EURO 2020, supervising the competition zone and ensuring compliance with competition regulations. Prior to their professional career, Elsa served as an Artistic Gymnastics Coach & Judge at the Roanne-Mably Artistic Gymnastics Club from 2007 to 2016.

Elsa Lavenir has a strong educational background in sports management. Elsa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management des Organisations Sportives at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2010 to 2013. Elsa then pursued an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Administration at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Management des Organisations Sportives from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Elsa has obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2008, they obtained their First Aid Certification from Croix-Rouge Française. In 2009, they received the Artistic Gymnastics Judge 3.2 Diploma from FFG Rhône-Alpes. Furthermore, they acquired the Artistic Gymnastics Federal Initiative Certificate from the same institution in 2009. Finally, in 2010, they received the Recreation Worker Certificate from Directeur Départemental chargé de la jeunesse.
