Grisha Zeigermaher

Grisha Zeigermaher has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Grisha started in 2015 as a Kickboxing Instructor at the Kickboxing Academy. In 2015, they also had a management internship at Intelligent Solution Group LTD, where they handled public communication and maintained the company's database.

In 2019, Grisha began working at UEFA as a Match Officer (Venue Data Coordinator), responsible for live data gathering and liaising with various stakeholders. Grisha joined GZ Fight Management as a Business Owner/Operator, managing kickboxing matches for professional athletes, negotiating contracts, and using marketing techniques to promote events.

Grisha also worked at Middlesex FA as a grassroots football referee at various levels, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. Grisha was a Football - The FA CORE Level 5 Senior County Referee, Football - Level 6 County Referee, and Football - Level 7 Junior Referee. At The Football Association, they served as an FA CORE Level 4 Referee, officiating at a semi-professional level and handling communication and conflicts on and off the field.

In 2021, Grisha joined London Irish Rugby Club as a Ticketing Executive, selling matchday tickets and assisting spectators with their enquiries. Grisha also worked at Brentford Football Club as a Fans Liaison Officer, resolving issues and assisting fans outside the stadium.

In 2022, Grisha worked for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games as an Event Services Staffing Lead, managing schedules and roster changes for over 6500 paid staff and volunteers. In 2020, they served as a Community Ambassador at Empiric Student Property plc, responsible for fire safety and acting as a brand ambassador for Hello Student.

Grisha Zeigermaher began their education at Bahcesehir High School for Science and Technology from 2013 to 2019. There, they focused on subjects such as math, physics, and chemistry. Following their high school education, they enrolled at St Mary's University in Twickenham, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from 2020 to 2023.
