Hugo Viseu

Hugo Viseu has extensive experience in social and environmental sustainability management, currently serving as the Senior Social and Environmental Sustainability Manager at UEFA since October 2007. In this role, Hugo is responsible for implementing social responsibility initiatives at UEFA events and defining sustainability programs while addressing key social and environmental impacts. Previous positions at UEFA include Senior Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Manager, where responsibilities included strategic management of knowledge sharing and digital workplace development. Hugo's early career featured roles as Ticketing Coordinator for Euro 2008, Underwriter at COSEC, and Financial Auditor at Arthur Andersen, demonstrating a diverse background in operations, finance, and statistical analysis. Hugo holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Iscte.
