Jerome Demolis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jerome started their career at CORIS in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Consultant, Program Manager, and Project Manager until 2007. Jerome then joined UEFA in 2007, initially as an ICT Corporate Solutions Manager, where they led the transformation of the company's corporate applications portfolio. During their time at UEFA, Jerome also worked as a Senior ICT Governance Manager, responsible for IT governance and security. Jerome eventually became the Head of IT Governance and Security, overseeing and optimizing the organization's information and communication technologies. Jerome has extensive experience in optimizing the use of IT to improve efficiency and reduce costs, as well as implementing business process management and enterprise architecture.

Jerome Demolis completed an Executive Master in IT Governance and Information Security at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2011 to 2012. During this program, their field of study focused on IT Governance, COBIT, and IT Strategy.

Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, Jerome pursued a degree in IT Management at UCLA. Their field of study during this period was IT management.

Additionally, Jerome obtained a certification in Leading Digital Execution from IMD in March 2023.
