Karin Sendel serves as a board member for FIFPRO and the chairperson of the IFPO in Israel, where they advocate for the rights of professional footballers and collaborate with various stakeholders to address industry challenges. Currently, Karin is a social psychologist at the Achord Center at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, applying psychological research for social change and justice. With over five years of experience in psychological research and intervention design, Karin is committed to empowering marginalized communities through their expertise. They have also held notable roles in initiatives promoting women's sports and leadership, including being a member of the UEFA Women’s Football Committee. Karin received a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from IDC Herzliya and holds a background in psychology from The Ohio State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
