Nathalie Q.

Nathalie Q. has extensive experience in the sports industry, currently serving as a Referee Development Specialist and Venue Director at UEFA since June 2011, overseeing significant events such as the Champions League and Europa League matches. Nathalie also holds the role of Football Technology Coordinator for EURO2020 and EURO2024, and has experience in match operations, including player registration and kit management. Prior to this, Nathalie completed an internship as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in 2008. Nathalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, following an International Bilingual Baccalaureat from the International School of Geneva.
