Paolo Zinna

Paolo Zinna is a Football Technologies Specialist at UEFA since May 2023, responsible for ensuring compliance with FIFA and IFAB quality program requirements for football technologies, managing logistics with suppliers, and overseeing VAR and GLT incidents. Prior to UEFA, Paolo worked as Operations Manager at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd from 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing travel and accommodations for VAR, GLT, and EPTS services in Serie A and supervising operational costs. Paolo also held the position of Football Systems Lead at Hawk-Eye Innovations, focusing on setting up and operating video technologies for matches. Earlier experience includes roles at PROMOS and Promexico, emphasizing program promotion, investment support, and report generation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and Cultural Studies from IULM University and a Licenciatura in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi di Salerno.
