Joe McKea, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources roles. Joe currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying : UELS. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Wasatch Behavioral Health from 2019 to 2021. Joe also held the position of HR Director at Uintah County from 2005 to 2019.
