Syaiful Izam has extensive experience in operational leadership and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Infrastructure Services at UEM Edgenta Berhad from February 2013 to January 2025, Syaiful is responsible for daily operations and driving continuous improvement for sustained growth. Previously, Syaiful held key roles such as Head of Infra Business Planning and Development at UEM Edgenta Berhad, Senior Manager for Corporate Planning & Business Development at Indah Water Konsortium, and Vice President positions at both Himpunan Sari SDN. BHD. and Puri Utama. Syaiful's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Auckland and an MBA from York St. John University.
