Izzaty Kamal

Izzaty Kamal is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager in People & Culture at UEM Sunrise Berhad since April 2024. Prior to this role, Izzaty worked at EY as a Senior Associate, contributing to ERP transformation projects in the plantation and oil and gas industries, focusing on change management and training development. Izzaty's earlier experience includes roles at Emarsys and UEM Sunrise Berhad, where responsibilities encompassed training facilitation, sales effectiveness analysis, and process automation within Salesforce. Izzaty holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organisations from The London School of Economics and has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Technology Sydney.
