Torstein R. Meling

Torstein R. Meling currently serves as Head of Department at Rigshospitalet and holds the position of Honorary Professor at the University of Thessaly. Since October 2008, Torstein has been an active leader in the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS), fulfilling multiple roles including President, Board Member, and Chair of various committees. Additionally, Torstein is a Visiting Professor at EPFL's School of Engineering, a European Commission Expert Panel Member, and President of the Swiss Meningioma Network. Previously, contributions were made at HUG - Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève and the University of Geneva. Torstein holds degrees in Engineering Mechanics and Medicine from the University of Oslo.
