Catalin Ungureanu

Catalin Ungureanu has been working in the software engineering industry since 2015. Catalin began their career at RINF TECH as a Junior QA Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and implementing scripts for automated tests, researching and analyzing bugs, and creating task cases and user stories. In the same year, they also worked as a Junior QA CW Validation Engineer for RINF TECH for Intel Romania. In 2016, they moved to ContentSpeed as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and implementing scripts automated tests in Selenium and/or PhantomJS using CasperJS, manual regression, researching and analyzing bugs, and creating task cases and user stories. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles including Performance Test Lead at Ericsson, Technical Trainer at LINK group, QA Unix Engineer at Bitdefender, and Automation Engineer at IBM iX. Most recently, they have been working as a QA Engineer at UENI Ltd since 2021 and as a Software Testing Trainer at Software Development Academy since 2020.

Catalin Ungureanu obtained a Highschool Informatics Degree from Colegiul National "Cantemir-Voda" in June 2010. Catalin then attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2010 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
