Chief Executive Officer at UEP, United Energy Products

Frank Smollon's work experience begins in 1997 when they joined UEP, United Energy Products. Frank held various roles at the company, including Sales Engineer for Venting Products, VP-Finance & Operations, President, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, they became the CEO of Chimney Works (Commercial), and in 2022, they established and became the owner of Chimney Works (Residential). In the same year, they also became the CEO of Lone Star Venting Solutions LLC, Pacific Venting Solutions LLC, and Atlantic Venting Solutions LLC. Most recently, in 2023, they took on the position of CEO at The UEP Group.

Frank Smollon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics at Randolph-Macon College from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended DeMatha Catholic High School from 1991 to 1993 and St. Mary's High School from 1989 to 1991 for their high school education. Additionally, Frank obtained certifications in Mergers & Acquisitions from Chicago Booth Executive Education in July 2017 and in Financial Analysis for Nonfinancial Manager from University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in October 2014.
