Kathy Kilmer

Kathy Kilmer (Kortte) has a strong background in operational excellence, customer relationship management (CRM), and industrial engineering. Kathy currently holds the role of SVP, Integration & Operational Excellence at Universal Engineering Sciences, where they are responsible for integrating new acquisitions and implementing sustainable change. Prior to this, they worked at Travel + Leisure Co. as SVP, CRM and Customer Experience, where they led the implementation of an enterprise-wide CRM system. Kathy also served as Director at The Walt Disney Company, overseeing sales planning and development, as well as industrial engineering. Throughout their career, Kathy has focused on maximizing efficiencies, improving customer experience, and driving strategic growth.

Kathy Kilmer (Kortte) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from Purdue University in the years 1988-1992. Kathy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the University of Central Florida between 1993 and 1996, specializing in Industrial Engineering - Operations Research. In 1998-2000, Kathy completed an Executive MBA (EMBA) program at UCF College of Business, focusing on Business.
