Rachael Hetson

Rachael Hetson has a diverse work history with experience in human resources, marketing, and equestrian management. Rachael is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Florida Division at Universal Engineering Sciences, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, Rachael worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from May 2020 to September 2021. Rachael also served as a recruiter from May 2019 to May 2020 and started their career there as an HR intern from November 2018 to May 2019.

In addition to their HR experience, Rachael served as the Co-Director of Marketing at CrossLites from September 2018 to May 2019. Rachael also has experience in the equestrian industry, working as an Assistant Director at International Riding Camp in 2018 and as a Manager and Coach in 2017 and 2016. Rachael also held a managerial role at White Fence Farm at Windsor Equestrian Centre in 2015 and 2013.
