Stephen Rice

Stephen Rice is a Senior Ecologist with extensive experience in the assessment, planning, and implementation of ecological projects involving complex regulatory issues. They have over 25 years of experience in GIS applications for biotic assessments and habitat quality evaluations. Rice has held senior roles at various organizations, including UES and Arcadis, and has worked with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service as a Biologist. They currently pursue a Master's degree in Environmental Science at Arkansas State University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Christopher Newport University.
