Muhammad Umar Khan

Muhammad Umar Khan currently serves as a Sessional Instructor and Research Fellow at the University of Canberra since February 2023. In addition, Muhammad holds the position of Team Lead for Signal/Image Processing at the Syndicate of Embedded & Electronic Design (SEED) since July 2018 and has been a Lab Engineer and Researcher at UET Taxila since May 2014. Muhammad also served as the IEEE CES Advisor and Coordinator for the IEEE Consumer Electronics Society from September 2015 to December 2017. Muhammad is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Multimodal Signal Processing at the University of Canberra, expected to complete in April 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electronics Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Abbottabad, earned in 2012.
